Marc et Claude

Marc et Claude, a German electronic music duo consisting of Marc Romboy and Klaus Derichs, formed in 1993. The duo began their musical journey during the rise of German trance in the mid-to-late 1990s, initially releasing tracks on their own label, Le Petit Prince Records. Their breakthrough came with the track "La", produced in collaboration with Jürgen Driessen and released in 1997. This song topped the German dance charts and helped them gain traction in the UK market. Throughout their career, Marc et Claude released several notable singles including "La" (1997), "How Much Can You Take (emotional)" (1998), "Ne" (1999), "Loving You" (2001), "Tremble" (2001), "Feel You" (2002), and "Free Spirit" (2003) as well the album You Own The Sound (2007). One of their most successful tracks was "I Need Your Lovin' (Like the Sunshine)", which reached number 12 on the UK charts in 2003. Marc et Claude also co-owned the label Alphabet City, which featured artists like Ferry Corsten and Future Breeze.
