Formidable UK metal supergroup, Elegant Weapons, emerged on the scene on October 25, 2022. Comprised of notable musicians including Richie Faulkner from Judas Priest (guitar), Ronnie Romero of Rainbow (vocals) Christopher Williams from Accept (drums) and Dave Rimmer from Uriah Heep (bass), their line-up generated considerable anticipation from metal fans worldwide. The band unveiled their first single, "Blind Leading the Blind," on February 24, 2023, followed by the release of the second single, "Do or Die," on April 14 before the release of Horns for a Halo, on May 26, under the Nuclear Blast label. The album, which also featured tracks recorded with previous members Rex Brown of Pantera on bass and Scott Travis of Judas Priest on drums, entered the German charts at number 91. In April 2026, Elegant Weapons returned with their second album Evolution, featuring lead single "Bridges Burn."
