Brand New Sin, a hard and Southern rock band from Syracuse, New York, formed in 2002. The group initially gained traction with their self-titled debut album released that same year. In 2005, they released "Black And Blue" as a single and the album Recipe For Disaster, both through Century Media. Following this, Brand New Sin released Tequila in 2006 and Distilled in 2009. The band disbanded in 2012 but reunited for two shows in 2019.
