Taylor James Henderson, born on March 23, 1993, in Ceres, Victoria, Australia, is a singer and songwriter. He rose to prominence after placing third on the fourth series of Australia's Got Talent in 2010 as part of a duo with his father, performing "Man in the Mirror" by Michael Jackson during their audition. Three years later, Taylor Henderson became the runner-up on the fifth season of The X Factor Australia, which led to a recording contract with Sony Music Australia. During his time on The X Factor, he showcased his vocal range and guitar skills, earning praise from judges and audiences alike. His journey included memorable performances such as "I Won't Let You Go" by James Morrison, "Run to You" by Bryan Adams, and "Let Her Go" by Passenger. In November 2013, he released his self-titled debut album Taylor Henderson, which debuted at Number 1 on the ARIA Albums Chart and was certified platinum by the Australian Recording Industry Association. The album included his Number 1 debut single "Borrow My Heart". The following year, Taylor Henderson released his second studio album Burnt Letters, which also reached Number 1 and featured the Top 5 hit "When You Were Mine". Subsequently, he released the singles "Already Gone" (2014), "Light Up the Dark" (2015), "Love Somebody" (2018), and "Moving On" (2019).
