Pigeons Playing Ping Pong

Pigeons Playing Ping Pong is an American funk jam band from Baltimore, Maryland. The group was formed in 2009 by Greg Ormont, Jeremy Schon, Ben Carrey, and Dan Schwartz while they were students at the University of Maryland. Their debut full-length album Funk E P was released in 2010. In July 2014, the band released their second studio album, Psychology. Subsequent albums include Pleasure (2016), Pizazz (2017), and Presto (2020). Since its inception, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong has been known for extensive touring, often performing over two hundred shows a year. The band has hosted Domefest Music Festival annually since 2009. Their sixth and seventh studio albums, Perspective and Day in Time, were released in April 2022 and April 2024 respectively.
