Pheelz

Born Phillip Kayode Moses on June 5, 1994 in Lagos State, Nigeria, Afrobeats producer, singer, and songwriter Pheelz first rose to fame in 2012 after producing hit singles by Olamide, "First of All" and "Fucking with the Devil", which were featured on the rapstar's YBNL album. With the Nigerian music industry taking note, his career soon took off. By the following year, he had earned a nomination at the prestigious Headies for Olamide's Baddest Guy Ever Liveth (2013) album. In 2014, he received two more nods for his work, christened Producer of the Year at the 2014 edition of The Headies and at the 2014 Nigeria Entertainment Awards. He continued to build on his reputation as a go-to producer for Nigerian Afrobeats and Afropop artists, working with the likes of Seyi Shay, Tiwa Savage, and many more. In 2021, he stepped out of the producer chair and into the spotlight with his debut EP, Hear Me Out, which led to a deal with Warner Music the following year. His breakthrough came in 2022 with the hit single "Finesse," which was recorded with BNXN (formerly known as Buju) and reached number 131 on the US Billboard Global 200.
