Pegboy is an American punk rock ensemble from Chicago formed in 1990. The group was founded by John Haggerty, Joe Haggerty, Larry Damore, and Steve Saylors. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style in the tradition of Naked Raygun. Their recording career began with the debut extended play Three-Chord Monte (1990), which was the inaugural release for the label Quarterstick Records. They released the studio recording Strong Reaction (1991), which featured the track âField of Darknessâ (1991). Their discography includes the extended play Fore (1993) and the studio recordings Earwig (1994) and Cha Cha Damore (1997). They became inactive following a performance in 1999 but resumed activity in 2002. Their discography includes the track âDangermareâ (1996) and a tour with Face to Face in 2009.
