Như Quỳnh

Như Quỳnh Lê Lâm, known professionally as Như Quỳnh, and born on September 9, 1970, in Đông Hà, Quảng Trị Province, South Vietnam, is a singer. She began her musical journey at a young age and formally started her career in 1991 when she won a special prize for her performance of "Mùa xuân trên thành phố Hồ Chí Minh" at the Television Singing Contest in Ho Chi Minh City. In 1993, she immigrated to the United States and settled in Philadelphia. Her first musical performances were appearances in Asia Entertainment variety shows Asia 6 and Asia 7. Under Asia Entertainment, she released Chuyện hoa sim (1995), Rừng lá thay chưa (1995), and Chuyện tình hoa trắng (1996). In 1996, Như Quỳnh signed with Thúy Nga and debuted in the 38th event of Paris by Night.
