N17

N17, an American industrial metal band from Phoenix, Arizona, was formed in 1993. The group was known for combining aggressive soundscapes with heavy guitar riffs, electronic elements, and intensive drumming. The band's name was derived from the November 17, 1973 student uprising at Athens Polytechnic University. N17 released their debut album Trust No One in 1995, followed by Defy Everything in 1999. The band also toured with notable acts including Marilyn Manson and Misfits. In late 1999, after Slipdisc Records closed, N17 signed to Spitfire Records. The band announced a third studio album and DVD in 2007 but disbanded later that year due to members pursuing other projects. They reunited for shows in 2009, 2010, and 2015.
