Nam Tae-hyun

Nam Tae-hyun, born on May 10, 1994, in Hanam, South Korea, is a multifaceted artist known for his work as a singer, songwriter, producer, and actor. He gained prominence as the main vocalist of the K-pop group WINNER, which debuted in 2014 under YG Entertainment. During his tenure with WINNER, Nam contributed to songwriting and production, notably on their debut album 2014 S/S. In 2016, he departed from the group to address mental health challenges, including bipolar disorder and depression. The following year, he established his own label, South Buyers Club, and formed the band South Club, embracing a musical style influenced by alternative rock and blues. Nam has released multiple solo singles, including "On the Edge of the Night" (2024) and "Rain" (2025).
