Jotaerre

Jotaerre is a Puerto Rican reggaeton and Latin urban singer and songwriter born Joaquín Rodríguez-Ema in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, in 2004. He began releasing music in 2021 with the single “Complacerte,” issued through Fly Empire and Maldo Music. In 2022, he reached a wider Latin urban audience with “Un Viaje,” a collaboration with Karol G, Alejo and Moffa, and was later identified among the new Puerto Rican acts connected to the Rimas Entertainment orbit. Jotaerre expanded his catalogue in 2023 with LUNA AZUL EN TOKYO, a nine-track project released by Rimas Entertainment that included collaborations such as “LA DEMON” with Big Soto and ECKO and “GALAXIA” with Chris Palace. In 2024, he followed with TODO ESTÁ BIEN, a 15-track album that moved across reggaeton, Brazilian funk, dancehall, afrobeat, reggae and experimental urban production. In 2025, Jotaerre released singles including “LULU,” along with “CLOSER,” “SAUNA,” “CELINE,” “HÉRCULES” and “JÚPITER.” In 2026, he continued with “SLOW DOWN” and teamed again with Alejo for “MINI FALDA,” released by Saint Flama Records.
