Jonathan Thomas Langston, born on April 8, 1991, in Loganville, Georgia, is an American country musician and singer-songwriter. He started his music career as an opening act for Chase Rice at a show in Kennesaw, Georgia, in 2013, releasing his first extended play, Runnin' on Sunshine, independently that August. Langston's breakthrough came with the release of Showtime, his second EP on Treehouse Records in May 2015, which peaked at number 26 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. His self-titled EP, Jon Langston, followed in December 2015. In February 2018, he signed a record deal with UMG Nashville and released the single "When It Comes to Loving You," which became the second best-selling country song of the week. Langston made his debut at the Grand Ole Opry on February 22, 2022.
