Hot Since 82

Daley Padley, known professionally as Hot Since 82, is an English DJ and producer from South Yorkshire, England. Born on September 16, 1982, Padley began his career in electronic music at a young age, playing long sets at local clubs under his birth name. His breakthrough came in 2011 when he released "Let It Ride", which reached number 3 on Beatport's deep house chart. In August 2013, Padley was featured on Pete Tong’s Essential Mix show on BBC Radio 1 and later remixed Green Velvet’s "Bigger Than Prince", which topped Beatport’s dance music charts. His debut album Little Black Book was released in October 2013. Hot Since 82 launched his own label, Knee Deep in Sound, in 2014 and has since headlined major festivals like Creamfields and WMC. In 2017, Padley was nominated for Producer of the Year at the Electronic Music Awards.
