Ho99o9

Ho99o9, pronounced Horror, was an American punk rap duo formed in 2012 in Newark, New Jersey by TheOGM (vocals) and Eaddy (vocals, guitar, bass, synthesizers). Both members were part of the same performing arts collective, NJstreetKLAN, and were influenced by hip-hop, gangsta rappers, and underground punk shows. Their debut EP Mutant Freax was released in October 2014, followed by their first single "Casey Jones / Cum Rag" in September of that year. Ho99o9 gained significant attention when they were featured as one of Rolling Stone's "10 New Artists You Need to Know" in 2014 and The Guardian's "New Band of the Week." They performed at notable festivals such as Afropunk, SXSW, and Primavera Sound. Their first full-length album United States of Horror was released in May 2017, followed by SKIN in March 2022. The band collaborated with various artists including The Prodigy on "Fight Fire with Fire" (2018) and 3Teeth on "Paralyze" (2021). After the releases of singles "A Machine Of", "Off the Meter" and "New Noise" in 2024, they followed with the third studio album Tomorrow We Escape (2025), including "Upside Down" and "Incline".
