Born Ángel Adrián Germán Payán on December 13, 1996, in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, and raised in Tijuana, Crecer Germán emerged as a prominent figure in regional Mexican music by sharing his original compositions on YouTube during his teenage years. His talent caught the attention of Alta Consigna, leading to early collaborations before he embarked on a solo career in 2015 with his self-titled debut album. The single "Quién Te Entiende" became a viral sensation, amassing over 400 million views on his channel and securing a spot on Billboard's Regional Mexican chart. In 2017, he released Hombre Afortunado, featuring hits like "Lo Que Te Amo," and was nominated for New Artist of the Year at the Billboard Latin Music Awards. Subsequent albums such as Invítame (2018), Por Tu Amor (2021), and Lo Que Hiciste En Mí (2022) showcased his versatility across genres like sierreño, banda, and romantic ballads. In 2024, Crecer Germán collaborated with Julio Chaidez on the single "Le Dicen" and released the live album Muchacho Pobre (En Vivo), which included the standout track "Me Haces Mucha Falta."
