Emoseh Angela Khamofu, known professionally as Bloody Civilian, and born in July 1999, in Abuja, is a Nigerian singer-songwriter and record producer. She began writing songs at age 8 and was involved in school talent shows. Initially working as a record producer, her debut single "How to Kill a Man" was released in 2022. Her breakthrough came with "Wake Up", featuring Rema, which served as an official soundtrack for the Marvel film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. In June 2023, she released her debut EP Anger Management, independently through Def Jam Recordings. Bloody Civilian has been recognized by The Guardian Nigeria and profiled by NME as an essential artist for 2023.
