AVALAN ROKSTON

Avalan Rokston is an electronic music duo formed by Dutch singer/producer Avalan (born Valentin Hoogwerf) and German composer/producer Rokston (born Emil Vogel). After collaborating with Armin Van Buuren in the early 2020s, Avalan met Rokston, who had already established himself as a prominent DJ and producer in Berlin. Their association resulted in a series of singles released in 2023, including "For an Angel" with its trance-like style. In 2024, the duo revived Moby's hit "Why Does My Heart Feel So BadN" in his presence , before producing other tracks such as "Ocean", "Faith", "Paradise" and "The Ocean", in collaboration with DJ Artbat. Following on from "Timeless", released in 2025, "Something to Believe In" made a name for itself in the UK and US charts, reaching #15 on Billboard's Dance & Electronic Charts.
