ALL is an American punk rock band formed in 1987 in Los Angeles. The group consisted of Descendents members Bill Stevenson, Karl Alvarez, and Stephen Egerton, who adopted the name of the Descendents album ALL. With vocalist Dave Smalley, the group released its debut album, Allroy Sez, in 1988. Scott Reynolds replaced Smalley in 1989, performing on albums including Allroy's Revenge (1989) and Percolater (1992). The band relocated to Fort Collins and toured extensively. After Chad Price joined in 1993, ALL released Breaking Things. The ensemble signed with Interscope Records for the 1995 album Pummel, featuring the single "Million Bucks". Under Epitaph Records, the group released Mass Nerder (1998) and Problematic (2000). The band became inactive in 2003 but returned to activity in 2008 for performances including Riot Fest and Punk Rock Bowling through 2024.
