8Eight, a South Korean co-ed trio group consisting of Baek Chan, Lee Hyun, and Joo Hee, debuted on August 25, 2007. The group was managed by Source Music and produced by Big Hit Entertainment. They won the first season of MBCâs Show Survival in 2007, which marked their breakthrough moment. Their debut album, The First, was released on September 3, 2007, featuring notable tracks such as "Forget Love and Sing" and "Can I Love Again." The group continued with subsequent albums including Infinity (March 18, 2008) and The Goldenage (March 10, 2009). In addition to their studio albums, 8Eight released several mini-albums and EPs. Their first EP, The Bridge, was released on May 11, 2010, featuring the track "Star" with guest appearances by Changmin & Jinwoon of 2AM. They also released a mini-CD titled Goodbye My Lover on June 11, 2009, which included the tracks "Well Go My Love" and "I'm Sorry". In 2014, they released their final single "Don't Go Crazy" before disbanding in December of the same year when their contracts with Big Hit Entertainment and Source Music expired. Throughout their career, 8Eight was known for their unique blend of K-pop and pop music, as well as their dynamic performances. They also collaborated with various artists, including Lim Jeong Hee & K.Will on "Listen" from The First album.
