Born on March 22, 1996, in Seoul, Yeonju Kang is a South Korean indie singer-songwriter who debuted in June 2021 with the digital single "Ocean." In April 2022, she released another single titled "Ferris Wheel," followed by her EP IDEAL in November 2023. She released another single, "Bittersweet Dance," in August 2025. In October 2025, she dropped the single "Beeguphae," leading to her next EP of the same name, released in November 2025. The title track "Beeguphae" entered Melon's Top 500 chart at number 32 the day after its release on November 15.
