Joo Hyelyn is a South Korean singer born in Jeonju, who made her debut on January 13, 2021, with the single "Kids," marking the beginning of her career as a singer-songwriter. In the same year, she released the single "Sorry" in November, followed by "Haircut" in 2022. After a year of preparation, she completed her EP Cool in October 2023, which was released in February 2024. In November 2024, she held her first solo concert, which was very successful, and her album earned nominations for two categories at the Korea Music Awards: Rookie of the Year and R&B Soul Song. Her EP Stereo, released on August 14, 2025, entered the global Top 100 albums (K-pop) chart at number 82 during the week of September 29, 2025.
