Yaya Oga (born January 14, 1975 in Teshikaga-cho, Kawakami-gun, Hokkaido) is a Japanese J-pop singer/actress who won the Grand Prix at TBC the SUPERLADY CONTEST in 1996 and made her debut in September of the same year with the single " Close to the In September of the same year, she made her debut as a singer with the single "Close to the Night " produced by Tetsuya Komuro. Since then, she has released many singles such as " Tomorrow Heart " (1996), " Days - Niji no veil ni hugarete " (1997), " Virgin? " (1997), " orange " (1998), and " Goodbye Girl " (1999), and in March 1998, released her first album " Orange" was released in March 1998. Since her debut, she has gained popularity with her clear voice, and all of her singles colored the J-POP scene in the late 1990s.
