Yang Hyun Kyung, born Yang Hyun Suk on March 15, 1958, in Incheon, South Korea, is a Korean folk singer. She won the grand prize at the 아마추어 통기타 노래자랑 콘테스트 (Amateur Guitar Singing Contest) held in Chuncheon in 1980 and started her professional career as a singer in 1981 at the live café Cherbourg in Seoul. From 1983 to 1988, Yang Hyun Kyung was an occasional member of the music group 배따라기 (Baettaragi), led by Lee Hye Min. In 1990, she released her first solo album, 솔거의 그림. She continued to release notable albums such as 20년 후 in 2004 and 2007 Fusion & Memorys in 2007. Additionally, she released live albums including 양현경 포크송 라이브 1집, 2집(2003), 3집(2013).
