Upchurch

Ryan Edward Upchurch, known as Upchurch, born on May 24, 1991, in Cheatham County, Tennessee, is an American rapper, singer-songwriter, and comedian. He gained initial popularity through comedic videos, which helped him build a fan base and sell merchandise based on his song "raise hell and eat cornbread". Upchurch's music career began with the release of his extended play Cheatham County in 2015, followed by his debut full-length album Heart of America in 2016. Both releases reached the top 30 of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. His second full-length album, Chicken Willie, was released in August 2016 and peaked at Number 22 on Billboard's Top Country Albums and Number 11 on the Rap Albums charts. In 2017, Upchurch released a studio album titled Son of the South. His fifth studio album, King of Dixie, was released in November 2017. He released a collaboration album with Adam Calhoun entitled Hooligan in November 2019.
