Tublatanka is a Slovak rock band formed in the autumn of 1982 in Bratislava, Slovakia, best known for the hits "Pravda vÃÅ¥azÃ" (The Truth Prevails) and "Dnes" (Today). The band's classic lineup consisted of MaÅ¥o Äurinda (also known as Martin Durinda), Palo Horváth, and Juraj "Äuro" Äerný from 1982 to 1992. In 1992, Palo exited the band, leaving MaÅ¥o and Äuro to record their 1993 album with MaÅ¥o composing guitar and bass melodies. Äuro left the band in 1995 due to complications with drugs. Currently, the band consists of MaÅ¥o Äurinda, Juraj Topor, and Peter Schlosser.
