Tony Monta is the stage name of Kevin Andrés Angulo Ulloa, a Colombian rapper who emerged from the Buenaventura hip-hop scene in the early 2020s, gaining recognition for his gritty lyricism and collaborations within the Latin trap and urban music community. His breakout came in December 2023 with the single "OG," a collaboration with Siso and Topboy TGR, which showcased his raw storytelling and streetwise delivery. In 2024, Tony Monta expanded his reach with tracks like "INSTAGANGSTERS" featuring Topboy TGR, Wallance, and Fharid, and "La Conect" with Siso and Lunattis, solidifying his presence in the Colombian trap movement. He continued to build momentum with "Lujos Y Mansiones," another collaboration with Siso and Lunattis, and "Lavaperros" alongside Wallance, Topboy TGR, Leroy La L, and Siso. In May 2025, Tony Monta featured on "DRIPPIN" with Topboy TGR, Fharid On The Beat, Wallance, and Leroy La L, a track that exemplifies his commitment to collaborative projects and his evolving sound within the trap genre.
