Todsünde is a groove metal band from Germany that was founded in 2016. In the beginning, the band performed under the name Ghost Basterds and played cover versions of well-known rock and metal songs. In 2018, Todsünde released their first original songs on social media. The songs "Sell Yourself" and "Wahrheit oder Pflicht" become hits. In 2021, Todsünde signed their first contract with the label Rookies & Kings and released their debut album Geistesgift. The album makes it into the German album charts at number 96. The follow-up, Herzjagd, is released in 2023. Todsünde also makes it to number 81 in the German charts.
