The Summer Set

The Summer Set, an American pop rock band from Scottsdale, Arizona, was formed in 2007 by Brian Logan Dales, John Gomez, Stephen Gomez, and Jess Bowen. The group released their self-released EP Love the Love You Have in November 2007. In April 2008, they signed with The Militia Group and released their second EP ...In Color. Their debut full-length album Love Like This was released in October 2009. Subsequent albums include Everything's Fine (July 2011), Legendary (April 2013), and Stories for Monday (April 2016). Notable songs from these albums include "Boomerang" and "Lightning in a Bottle". The band toured extensively with acts such as All Time Low, Mayday Parade, and Sleeping with Sirens. They were signed to Razor & Tie from 2009 to 2011 and Fearless Records from 2012 to 2017. In October 2017, The Summer Set announced an indefinite hiatus but returned in August 2021.
