Sync24

Sync24 is the solo project of Swedish electronic producer Daniel Segerstad (born Daniel Ringström), best known as one half of the influential ambient duo Carbon Based Lifeforms. As Sync24, he crafts immersive journeys into deep electronica, ambient, and downtempo, offering a more experimental and rhythm-driven counterpoint to his CBL work. Debuting in 2007 with the album Source (reissued in 2022), Sync24 explores analogue textures, pulsing grooves, and cinematic atmospheres that evoke both the cosmic and the introspective. On 2012's Comfortable Void and follow-ups such as Omnious (2018), Acidious (2020), and Hope (2025), he further expanded his sonic palette, blending rich melodic layers with intricate sequencing and a distinctly sci-fi aesthetic.
