Solar Fields

Solar Fields is the pseudonym of Swedish electronic musician Magnus Birgersson, from Göteborg. He achieved professional recognition for a musical style spanning ambient, electronic, and trance. He released his debut solo studio recording, Reflective Frequencies (2001), through Ultimae Records. Birgersson established the collaborative project H.U.V.A. Network with Vincent Villuis and has collaborated with members of the group Carbon Based Lifeforms. His recording career includes the studio recordings Blue Moon Station (2003), Leaving Home (2005), and Earthshine (2007). Birgersson composed the soundtracks to the video games Mirror's Edge (2008) and Mirror's Edge Catalyst (2016). His discography includes the series of studio recordings Origin #1 (2010), Origin #2 (2013), and Origin #3 (2019).
