Sworn Enemy

Sworn Enemy, an American metalcore band from New York City, was formed in 1997 by vocalist Sal Lococo, lead guitarist Lorenzo Antonucci, rhythm guitarist Mike Raffinello, bassist Jimmy Sagos, and drummer Zoli. Initially known as Downfall and later Mindset, the band changed their name to Sworn Enemy due to another band using the same name. Their early releases included Negative Outlook (2001) and Integrity Defines Strength (2002). In 2003, they signed with Elektra Records and released their debut album As Real as It Gets, which featured a thrash metal influence and led to tours with bands such as Anthrax. The band continued to release albums including The Beginning of the End (2006), Maniacal (2007), Total World Domination (2010), and Living on Borrowed Time (2014).
