Sivas

Siavash Memaran-Torbati, better known as Sivas, sometimes stylized S!vas, was born in Tehran, Iran, on December 16, 1984, then moved to Denmark to Brøndby at the age of six. He made his debut in 2013 with the d.a.u.d.a . EP (No. 30), which received good reviews, not least thanks to the track of the same name (No. 27), recorded with his counterpart Gilli. A second instalment, d.a.u.d.a. II (no. 14), was released in 2014. He makes a name for himself with the track "Det Gode Liv" (no. 23). In November 2015, Sivas released the single "Jaja" (No. 15) before a debut album entitled Familie Før Para (No. 5). Having become a figure in Danish urban music, the artist's next two albums, Ultra in 2018 and Contra in 2019, topped the best-seller charts in Denmark. With Forza in 2022 (No. 2), Sivas places new tracks in the local charts: "Material Girl" (No. 39) with Lord Silva and "Violence" (No. 25) with Branco. His fifth album, R du Stadig her 4 Mig, released in 2025, reached No. 3 in the Danish charts, featuring Gilli and Kesi on the hit "Chvorviridag " (No. 30), Noah Carter and Thor Farlov on "Illus.on" (No. 33), as well as Benny Jamz, Hans Philip, Luko and Reza.
