SING LIKE TALKING is a Japanese rock band formed in 1985. Members are Takeyoshi Sato, Chiaki Fujita, and Tomohiko Nishimura. 1988 debut single "Dancin' With Your Lies" was released on September 30, 1988. Their first album "Try and Try Again" was released in November of the same year, and their fifth album "Humanity" in 1992 reached No. 3 on the Oricon, followed by their sixth album "ENCOUNTER" in 1993 and their seventh album "togetherness" in 1994. After "DISCOVERY" in 1995 and "Welcome To Another World" in 1997, the band's activities decreased from 1998, as the members mainly engaged in solo activities, but released the single "One Day" in 2000 and the album "METABOLISM" in 2001. After the 11th album "RENASCENCE" in 2003, the band took a break again, but officially resumed their activities in 2010 and released the album "Empowerment" in May 2011. In 2021, he collaborated with Harujo Rusaki on "Shunrai" and "Shunrai", and in 2021 he collaborated with Harujo Rusaki on "Shunrai" and "Shunrai". In 2023, Sato released the EP "Blue Birds" to mark the 35th anniversary of his debut, but on June 5, 2025, Nishimura, who had been recuperating since 2021 due to throat cancer, passed away. Sato has remained active as a solo artist since then.
