Seok Matthew

Matthew Woohyun Seok, born 28 May 2002 in Surrey, British Columbia, is a South Korean singer who debuted with the boy group Zerobaseone after competing on Boys Planet. Matthew Woohyun Seok joined WakeOne under the label Lapone Entertainment, and the group released its debut EP Youth in the Shade on 10 July 2023, with the lead single "In Bloom" reaching the top of the Circle Album Chart and selling over two million copies worldwide. The group followed with the EPs Melting Point (6 November 2023) and You Had Me at Hello (13 May 2024), the latter featuring the single "Feel the Pop" that charted on the Billboard Global 200. Matthew Woohyun Seok participated in Zerobaseone’s first Asia tour Timeless World in 2024 and the Here & Now Tour in 2025–2026. The group earned a “Rookie Grand Slam” in 2023–2024, sweeping ten rookie awards from major domestic ceremonies, and released the studio album Never Say Never in September 2025. He released solo soundtrack contributions including “Back Packer” (with Park Gun-wook) for Study Group OST Part.1 (2025) and “Let’s Just Go!” (with Kim Tae-rae and Park Gun-wook) for Curtain Up, Class OST Part.2 (2026).
