Sean Altman

Sean Altman is an American musician and songwriter known for his role as a singer. Sean Altman co-founded Rockapella in 1986 with fellow Brown University alumni Elliott Kerman, Steve Keyes, and David Stix. The group gained national exposure through appearances on The Morning Show in 1988 and the PBS special Spike Lee & Company – Do It A Cappella. Rockapella achieved significant popularity as the house band for the children's game show Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego? from 1991 to 1996, during which Altman co-wrote the show's theme song "Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego?". Following his time with Rockapella, Sean Altman released solo albums SeanDEMOnium (1997) and Alt.mania (2002).
