RAQ

RAQ is a psychedelic/progressive rock jam band quartet from Burlington, Vermont. Their debut album, Shed Tech, was released on March 1, 2001. The following year, original keyboardist Marc Scortino left the group and was replaced by Todd Stoops. In 2002, RAQ embarked on their first national tour, performing at notable festivals such as Tennessee's Bonnaroo Music Festival and California's High Sierra Music Festival, and released their second album, Carbohydrates, in 2003. In 2006, Harmonized Records signed RAQ and helped release their third studio album, Ton These. The band re-formed in 2013 with Adrian Tramantano on drums. RAQ was also notably chosen as New Groove of the Month by Jambands.com and nominated for a Jammy Award in the category of Best New Band.
