Rabbit In The Moon

Rabbit In The Moon is an American electronic music group from Tampa, Florida. Established in 1991, the ensemble featured David Christophere, Bunny, and DJ Monk. Their career specialized in psychedelic trance, house, and breakbeat, incorporating theatrical stage performances. The recording history featured the 1993 debut “Out of Body Experience/Freak to the Beat” and the 1994 single “Phases of an Out of Body Experience”. The group recorded remixes for artists including Garbage, Tori Amos, Sarah McLachlan, and Orbital. In 1994, Rabbit In The Moon collaborated with Humate on the Hemispheres E.P.. Performances featured the inaugural Ultra Music Festival in 1999. Following the departure of Monk in 2002, the duo released the album Decade (2007). In 2008, Bunny sustained a retinal injury during a performance. The group resumed activity in 2013 and performed at various international festivals.
