Nagareda Project is a four-member Japanese rock band known for their anime song covers and original music. The band consists of Nagareda Yutaka (vocals, guitar), Anazawa Jun (guitar), Momoyama Ryuji (bass), and Kurikawa Masahiro (drums). The group started in 2009 by uploading anime song covers on social media, quickly gaining popularity with millions of views. In 2010, they signed with Geneon Universal Entertainment, releasing their debut cover album Nagareda P. In 2013, they performed "Mirai Saint Seiya Ω ~Saint Evolution~", the opening theme for the anime Saint Seiya Omega, marking their transition into official anime soundtracks. That same year, they released their first original album, Fake, and performed at Germany's Connichi convention. The band continued expanding their discography with cover albums and original songs, including "Dragon Collection ~Yūki no Tsubasa~" (2014) and "Triage" (2015). They celebrated their 10th anniversary in 2019 with a special concert and retrospective tour. During the pandemic, they adapted by hosting live-streamed concerts and released the mini-album Nagareda Robo in 2020. In 2022, they released the live DVD/CD Survivor, continuing their energetic presence in Japan’s anime and rock music scene.
