A little-known American singer-songwriter, Peter Kingsbery is above all the founder of the Cock Robin duo. From 1982 to 1990, Cock Robin was one of the pillars of the famous pop rock sound, along with The Cranberries and others. After this period of intense glory in Europe, Peter Kingsbery struggled to exist artistically. In France, where he had established himself, he released A Different Man in 1991, without successOnly the Very Best", the only hit of his solo career in 1992, came from Tycoon, the English-language version of Starmania. Once in a Million (1995), and Pretty Ballerina (1997) still failed to win over audiences. In 2002, Mon Inconnue took up the difficult challenge of singing in French. In 2006, Peter Kingsbery resigned himself to reuniting with Ana La Cazio to reform Cock Robin.
