Payton Smith

Payton Smith, born January 1, 2000 in Houma, Louisiana, is a country singer‑songwriter and guitarist whose career began with self‑taught guitar lessons at age ten. His breakthrough came with the single "Like I Knew You Would" released on October 4 2019, followed by his debut EP Payton Smith on the same date, which entered the top 20 on Apple Music the first day. Smith signed with Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment in 2019, and in 2020 performed at the Grand Ole Opry and toured with Florida Georgia Line and Brad Paisley. In 2024 he released Three Circle Farm Vol. 1, and in 2025 followed with Three Circle Farm Vol. 2. His catalog exceeds 500 songs, and his work has earned recognition from Billboard and the CMA, marking him as a contemporary country artist.
