Paul Stanley

Paul Stanley, born Stanley Bert Eisen on 20 January 1952 in New York City, emerged as a vocalist, guitarist, songwriter, and producer who would become the frontman of the American metal band KISS. He began his career in the early 1970s, contributing to the band’s distinctive hard‑rock sound that blended theatricality with driving rhythms. Paul Stanley’s first major recording effort was the solo album Paul Stanley, issued on 18 September 1978, which showcased his melodic sensibility and guitar work. After years of touring and studio work with KISS, Paul Stanley expanded his discography with the album Live to Win on 24 October 2006, capturing the energy of his performances on stage. In 2015, he formed a new band, Paul Stanley's Soul Station, which released the album Now and Then in 2021. In the meantime, he collaborated with Gene Simmons on the single "Venus and Mars" / "Rock Show" (2017), a tribute to Paul McCartney and Wings.
