Parcels

Hailing from Byron Bay, Australia, and comprising Patrick Hetherington (guitar, keyboards, vocals), Noah Hill (bass), Jules Crommelin (guitar), Louie Swain (keyboards) and Anatole Serret (drums, percussion), Parcels was formed in high school through short-lived bands called Potato Potato, Lifeline and Prowler. They soon set their sights on bringing their energized, organic disco-funk-electro cocktail to the masses. With this in mind, Parcels immediately set their sights on the European continent, taking the opposite route to many French groups who prefer to move to the USA or Australia to succeed. The Kitsuné label discovered this astonishing quintet, now based in Berlin, Germany. It offered them a place on one of its compilations, before giving them the chance to release their first EP, Herefore Remix, released in 2014. It features the track "Herefore", a potential single, declined in four remixes that required the support of other artists such as Roisto, the duo Her, KID Sirius and Onda. After the release of the Clockscared EP in 2015, Parcels continued with the Hideout EP and remixes in 2016, followed by a series of singles and the Live Vol. 1 album (2020). In 2021, the second album Day / Night (2021) is released, also with remixes, followed by Live Vol. 2 (2023), the Leaveyourlove EP (2024) and the album Loved (2025), featuring the singles "Safeandsound", "Yougotmefeeling", "Summerinlove" and "Sorry".
