Pablo

Pablo, born Agenor Apolinário dos Santos Neto on October 14, 1985, in Candeias, Bahia, is one of the leading voices and pioneers of modern arrocha music in Brazil. He began his musical path after selling popsicles as a child and singing in local bands, rising to prominence as a vocalist for Asas Livres, where he recorded hits like "Tudo Azul" and "Cristina." Afterward, Pablo co-founded Grupo Arrocha, producing tracks such as "Voa Livre" before taking full lead under the name Pablo & Grupo Arrocha. In 2010, he launched his solo career with Pablo A Voz Romântica - Vol.01, solidifying his image as "The Romantic Voice" of Brazil. He continued with successful releases like Pablo - 10 Anos de Carreira: Ao Vivo em Aracaju (2011), É Só Dizer que Sim (2014), and Desculpa Aí (2015) under the Som Livre label. His collaborations with major artists like Ivete Sangalo ("Vingança do Amor"), Cláudia Leitte ("Sem Você Tô Mal"), and Zezé Di Camargo & Luciano ("Chora Não Bebê") further expanded his reach. Notable singles such as "Fui Fiel," "Porque Homem não Chora," and "Desculpa Aí" became anthems of the arrocha genre, influencing a new generation. Over the following years, projects like Pablo & Amigos no Boteco (2018) and Bodega do Pablo, Vol. 1 (2025) have kept him at the forefront of Brazilian romantic music.
