Ãrjan Nilsen, born on June 14, 1982, in Norway, is a DJ and record producer known for his contributions to trance music. Nilsen began his career with the release of "Red Woods" under the alias DJ Governor in 2006. His debut studio album, In My Opinion, was released in 2011, followed by No Saint Out of Me in 2013 and Prism in 2018. Notable singles include "Los Capos" with KhoMha, which topped the charts for over four months in 2016, and collaborations such as "Flashlight" with Armin van Buuren. Nilsen has been recognized by DJ Mag's Top 100 poll, reaching as high as number 32 in 2012. He was also nominated for Best Breakthrough DJ by IDMA that same year. In addition to his music, Ãrjan Nilsen began hosting his own bi-weekly radio show, In My Opinion Radio, broadcast on his Facebook page and YouTube channel.
