Natalie is a former R&B singer and songwriter. She studied criminal justice at college and for a time she was a cheerleader for the Houston Rockets basketball team. She was then asked to dance for various Houston rap and R&B acts, while also working on her songwriting skills. She was spotted by producer Charles Chavez who linked her up with producers Happy Perez and Play N Skillz. The sessions resulted in her 2005 debut album 'Natalie'. This was accompanied by the hit single 'Goin' Crazy', her song about lost love featuring a strong hook plus a rap monologue. Another single from the album 'Energy' followed. Her next album was 'Everything New' in 2006. She changed career in 2012 to become a coach, choreographer and entertainments manager for the Houston Rockets NBA team.
