Mount Kimbie, an English electronic music duo consisting of Dominic Maker and Kai Campos, was formed in 2008. The pair met at South Bank University in London. Their early EPs, Maybes and Sketch on Glass, released in 2009, garnered critical acclaim and expanded the musical template of the UK dubstep scene. In 2010, their debut album Crooks & Lovers received widespread praise. The duo signed with Warp Records in 2012 and released their second album Cold Spring Fault Less Youth the following year. Drummer Marc Pell and keyboardist Andrea Balency-Béarn joined the group in 2016. In 2017, they released their third album, Love What Survives. Mount Kimbie has collaborated with various artists, including James Blake, King Krule, and Micachu.
