Lexi Walker (born March 31, 2002, in Walnut Creek, California) is an American singer who first drew major attention in 2013 after winning Canyons School District Idol and singing the U.S. national anthem at a Real Salt Lake match, a performance that quickly spread beyond Utah. In early 2014, she stepped onto national TV with appearances tied to âLet It Go,â including a Good Morning America sing-along in Times Square, and the same year she became widely recognized online as the featured young voice in Alex Boyéâs âLet It Goâ cover with One Voice Childrenâs Choir. That viral moment set up higher-profile live appearances and collaborations, and in 2015 she signed with Portrait Records/Sony Music Masterworks and released her debut holiday album Merry Christmas (2015). She followed with the three-track Disney-focused EP Wishes & Dreams (2016), then expanded her repertoire on Inspire (2017), which included âWhat a Wonderful Worldâ with The Piano Guys and guest collaborations with Jenny Oaks Baker and GENTRI, plus originals she co-wrote (âTiny Voiceâ and âOnce Moreâ). She later shifted toward standalone releases with âTightropeâ and âBlind Boyâ (2019), and acoustic singles like âTeach Me (Acoustic)â and âLove is Christmas (Acoustic)â (2020).
