Laurence Guy

Laurence Guy, born Laurence William Guy, is a British house music DJ and producer known for his deep, textured approach to electronic music. Like many young UK artists, he first came into contact with genres such as drum and bass and dubstep, which influenced his early musical path before he began developing his own artistic vision. Always eager to push boundaries, Guy has explored different sonic directions, blending organic samples with electronic production in ways that highlight both groove and atmosphere. A passionate crate digger, he often spends time searching through second-hand record shops for rare vinyl, incorporating fragments of forgotten recordings into his work. This love for sampling inspired the creation of his edits label Accidental Pieces, which showcases his ability to rework sounds into fresh and distinctive tracks. His releases reflect a balance between club energy and introspective moods, making them resonate in both intimate and large-scale settings. In addition to his steady output of EPs and remixes, 2025 marked a new highlight with the release of "DON’T WANNA WAIT", a single that further affirmed his versatility and inventive approach.
