Kolmas Nainen is a Finnish rock band established in 1982 in Alavus, where they gained national attention through the 1984 Rockin SM-kisat competition. The groupâs lineup featured vocalist and keyboardist Pauli Hanhiniemi, drummer Pasi Kallioniemi, bassist Raimo Valkama, and guitarists Sakari Pesola and Timo Löyvä. Their recording career began with a self-titled debut, Kolmas Nainen, in 1986, followed by Paha Minut Iski later that same year. Throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s, the ensemble released several influential albums, including Hikiset Siivut (1989) and Elämän Tarkoitus (1991), which produced signature tracks such as âSähkökitara, Hyvää Tahtoa Ja Kavereitaâ and "Maanantai." Although the band ceased activities in 1994, they successfully returned in 2009 with the chart-topping album Sydänääniä, followed by the 2013 release Me Ollaan Ne.
