JPM, a Taiwanese boy band formed under Sony Music Taiwan, debuted on January 11, 2011. They initially consisted of Liljay, Prince, and Mao Di from A Legend Star Entertainment Corp. They shared their record label with artists like Jay Chou, Leehom Wang, and Vanness Wu. Their debut album, Moonwalk (2011), featured ten songs and a Cantonese version of "Because of You" (2011). The album reached over 50,000 copies in sales within three days and garnered multiple awards. JPM released their second studio album, 365 (2012), which included the electro-dance K-Pop-styled titular song "365 Days" (2012) and a collaboration with Kimberley Chen entitled "Internet" (2012).
